First of All…

If you're reading this... thank you. This guide is my attempt at a personal “user manual” to help you understand how I think, communicate, make decisions, and collaborate. Whether you’re a teammate, investor, manager, or partner, my hope is that this gives you clarity and unlocks a more effective working relationship.

Values & Traits

  • I trust data. Logic, structure, and measurable insights drive my decisions.
  • Trust is everything. Once it’s broken, it’s hard (sometimes impossible) to rebuild. I value honesty and follow-through above all.
  • Bias for action. Start small. Move fast. Iterate relentlessly.
  • Creativity matters. Especially in an AI world, data without creativity is just math.
  • Frugality is strategy. I’m cash-conscious. Every $$$ counts, especially early on.

Operative approach

Open & Common Knowledge Base

  • Simple and effective common knowledge base for the team(s).
  • Oversharing is a strength, everyone should be able to access and understand everything about the products, people, and the company.

Daily / Weekly

  • I prefer fast, tight loops with small (2–10 person) product squads.
  • Stakeholders should be close to the work, and meetings should drive outcomes—not just updates.

Monthly / Quarterly

  • Monthly reviews for updates, alignment, and priorities.
  • Quarterly strategy deep-dives focused on roadmap, product evolution, and vision refinement.

If I AM Your Manager

  • Onboarding: I use a structured 1/7/30/60/90-day approach so we both know what “good” looks like.
  • 1-on-1s: Your space to reflect, grow, and raise anything on your mind. I’m here to listen, support, and coach... never micromanage.

If YOU ARE My Manager / Board / Investor

  • Monthly Reports: I deliver focused updates with KPIs, milestones, and insights.
  • Quarterly Strategy: We’ll align deeply on vision, outcomes, growth, and challenges.

If WE ARE Partners

  • 0 → 1: Let’s grind. Everything is chaos and momentum.
  • 1 → 10: Let’s scale. Team-building, product-market fit, and traction.
  • 10 → 100: Let’s lead. Systems, vision, sustainability.

Management & Working Style

  • Data-Driven: I need dashboards, clarity, and KPIs.
  • Collaborative: I want to debate decisions before we commit then we move.
  • Creative: I believe that creativity is the ultimate competitive edge.
  • Hands-Off: I trust smart people to own things. Expect autonomy and responsibility.
  • Organized & Accountable: Clear ownership and deadlines are how we win.

Communication Preferences

  • Emails: FYIs, intros, docs. If it’s longer than 3 replies, let’s take it to a call or chat.
  • Chats (Slack, WhatsApp, etc.): Async convos, alignment, quick updates.
  • Meetings: For key decisions, pair work, or when the topic requires real-time clarity.

I believe in frequent, honest, and constructive feedback—both ways. Let’s talk early and often. I’ll always separate the what from the who, and I expect the same from you.

Hobbies & Interests

  • Board Games: Strategic, cooperative, or investigative. Mansions of Madness is a favourite.
  • Movies & Series: Interstellar, LOTR, HIMYM, Attack on Titan, I love epic narratives and clever writing.
  • Deep Dives: I’ll lose hours researching niche tech, AI concepts, or random startup lore.
